The Al Samha Housing Project spans a sprawling 50-hectare area, accommodating 242 villas. It features a wide array of community-enhancing amenities, including 33 public parks and green spaces, a mosque capable of hosting 644 worshippers, and two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets. Additionally, a 3-kilometer cycling track has been incorporated to promote active living among residents.
